Restore Your Creative Confidence

Step Into Your Full Creative Power Today

Want to stop letting life, yourself & others get in the way of your creative power?

If you’re a creative who’s done with self-sabotage and ready to embrace your FULL creative potential & power then –

I’m the coach for you!

What the heck is Life Coaching?

"Life coach" or "mindset coach" can sound a bit vague (or even cause a mild eye-roll!)

But as a certified coach I hold a non-judgemental, supportive space where you can get clear on what’s really keeping you stuck and move towards the creative life that’s calling your name.

Maybe you're an actor...?

You’ve got your self-tape setup, new headshots, attend weekly acting classes – but you’re still not getting traction.

Or maybe you're a writer...?

You’ve got tons of ideas bubbling away – a script, a half-plotted novel, poems dancing at the edges of your mind – but you’ve got no time or energy to bring them to life.

Whatever type of creative you are, I can help you achieve the results you want.

And “results” don’t have to mean red carpets or publishing deals (though they might!) For some women, results mean finding time for their creativity again. Or learning how to say no without guilt. Or feeling like themselves again.

Why does a Creative need a Coach?

Because your creativity deserves more than scraps of your time and energy. Because being a creative woman – especially one juggling care, work, doubt, and a relentless inner critic that never shuts up – is hard. And can be incredibly lonely.

You are bursting with creative power.

But maybe you just don’t believe or feel it anymore.

And that’s where I come in.

Coaching gives you a space to reconnect with your inner spark – consistently and confidently – so you can shine.

1. Reclaim your creative identity.

We go beyond other people’s roles and labels and look at what you actually want to create and how you want to show up creatively.

2. Unpick perfectionism, people-pleasing & procrastination

In my experience working with female creatives these three saboteur behaviours pop up time and time again. Not only are they exhausting, but they crush your creativity! We look at how to recognise them & work through the discomfort of tackling them – so more of your creative power can SHINE!

3. Reconnect with your confidence

You have the talent. You do. But somehow along the way, you’ve lost your spark or your confidence. That’s totally normal. Life, fear, expectations, disappointments, old recurring patterns – can all get in the way of you accessing your innate confidence and joy. We look at what’s getting in the way so your creativity can shine!

4. Make progress towards your dreams

Instead of delaying your dreams, we look at how you can move forward. NOW. It might be small steps. It might be huge leaps. It might be two steps forward & one step back. But it will ALWAYS be heading towards – taking up creative space so YOU CAN SHINE!

How can I help you?

Because I’m trained in Positive Intelligence (PQ), we don’t just “think positive” or slap affirmations over your fear, we get curious. We meet your inner critics (aka the Saboteurs), we learn their tricks, and then we quiet them.

We build up the part of you that’s calm, clear and wise. The part that knows – aka your Sage self.

I also weave in elements of shadow work and Jungian coaching, because real growth isn’t about bypassing the dark bits, it’s about integrating them.

But most importantly? I get it. I’ve lived it.

I was the performer who dimmed her light in auditions, trying to please everyone but herself.

I was the writer who didn’t feel “good enough” to show up or speak up, even when she had something to say.

Then in 2021 I went through my “dark night of the soul”:  I finally reached breaking point about how my own patterns were holding me back – personally & creatively. Add menopause and migraine into the mix too and I was ready for transformation!

At first it was chaos – frustration, exhaustion, confusion. But with coaching, those things became catalysts. I began to speak up more. Care for myself more. Express myself creatively more. And I knew, I had to help other women do the same.

So if you feel like you’re meant for more, but don’t know how to get there? I see you. And I can help you shine.

Testimonials (real words from brilliant & brave creative women!)

Thank you so much for waking me up Anne-Marie – I hadn’t realised I’d been sleepwalking through life under attack from my own worst enemy – me! I feel more focused and forgiving of myself now and try to find the joy or gift in every day – not every day is easy but now I know that hard days aren’t here to punish me.” – Claire, Actor.

As an actor, this course has been invaluable, especially helpful in the audition process to be able to calm my nerves and not sabotage myself.  PQ helps me see just how my  internal judge is so damaging on a constant basis.  Having a technique to deal with my judge now frees me to enjoy life more peacefully.” – Anna, Actor”

In such a small amount of time I have really noticed a difference in my life and my acting/performing life. I am able to make calm and rational decisions and really ground myself in stressful situations which has been invaluable in the work I do. I’ve been able to apply this practice to both acting and singing but also have noticed a massive difference in my personal relationships – a lot more compassion and understanding of others and that’s made me really happy. It’s been really helpful for me, especially meeting new people and believing in myself and my abilities.

Anne-Marie leads you with a structured but gentle approach and really allows you to explore the course but is also there for guidance. I think this course is extremely useful for actors wanting to understand how they see themselves and others.” – Rebecca, Actor & Singer
